just bought a JBL gto 15 sub but i run 4ohm amp and not sur which terminals to use can you help?

Just connect a wire from the amp to the far left (red) connector and another to the far right (black) connector. The two connectors in the middle are already bridged by that metal bracket, the voice coils will then run in series (splitting 2 ohms over each coil). Thats the easiest way anyway mate, they can also be wired in parallel.
