the cutout is for the outlet of the intercooler........have got no idea of power as hasnt been rollered yet......it quick enough for me! lol...still mapping it and getting it to run properly at the moment

ruff cost..........£500 for a 16v'er of ebay........£1100 to rebuild it...thats every thing from oil cap to sump.....any wearing part replaced...so cud say nearly new engine.......£750 for intercooler and ali rad+fan.......£1000 for charger s/h ...but mint..only used as a patern for making brackets up for different cars....so never been run..........another couple of hundred on pipes and fitting..all pug parts bought genuine...extra's such as drive shafts, fast road clutch kit etc etc...lol......£500..........I never want to know exactly how much it cost ...would scare me!!!!!!!! lol..

not quite sure what you mean there tbh.......s/c does boost up nearly straight a way if thats what your getting at ...unlike a turbo,waiting for it tocome on boost............my chargers only running 7psi at the mo..but hoping to change the crank pulley to gear it up...would like to run just under a bar of boost idealy

the charger is always spining mate ,has a belt driving it.....moves enough air on idle for the engine to use on idle then starts to boost as the rev increase........ comes on realy strong just aft 2.5 - 3 k on revs.....mateys gti-6 runs a sp30 84 rotrex dont it.....or 94????

Are you running the SC unrestricted to get 7psi? Are you using standard size pulleys ATM, i.e 138mm crank and 80mm SC? "Upping" the boost isn't the way to make more power, it making the engine eat lots of cold air, when you increase the boost that makes the hotter so need to have a more efficient cooling system.
Good move with the KMS wideband setup, I've just changed mine over form DTA to run this also. I would hazard a guess from that spec list of around 200 @ wheels, depending on compression ratio.
Liking the black Samco, I would take the Rotrex sticker off plemin, soild a very tidy engine bay. :)

haha dark side!!.........all standard pulleys at the moment....been reading all your posts on ssc forum.......realy interesting read..johns a clever man..fair do's......got my kms of john........was going to change to a vtr crank pulley..bit bigger..then let the wibeband sort the fuelling out to match.....hasnt been mapped 100% as still messing about changing things on the engine

spax springs -40.I think lol....bilsten (sp) dampers front and rear....rear droped ???.....I keep changing it until I like the way it sits!!! lol so cant realy say a measurment!.....sorry to be of no help lol :p

reservoir is from a power steering bottle from a vw......and oil cooler is a mocal 13 row cooler.....could take some pic...but cant realy see alot of it mate tbh
