mate spacers will just push your wheels out further towards your arch wont they? :S

spacers will push them out even more into your arch , sounds like your wheels could either be wrong offset or your tyres are a bit big , on 15s you need to be running a 195/45/15, maybe you could get your arches rolled bring them out that little bit more , might solve the problem

nath has some 15s on his flat arch 106 im sure he would know more about this than me

take abit more off the arch or fold it up abit but on mine the arch was fine it was the rear bumper bracket so i just hammered that flat

Dude as the others said, spacers will make the wheels sit even wider and make them rub even more!
When you bought your wheels you should have checked the offset.

I have a 1.1 and my wheels have an offset of 18. They DO NOT rub.
I also have 195,45,15 tyres. (Lowest 15" profile available).

Firstly whht tyres do you have on?
You NEED to be running 195,45,15 tyres as stated before.

Secondly if your wheels have an offset of less than 18 there no good!
e.g if they have an offset of 10, there 8mm to wide! you need 18.

NO arch cutting is required if you buy the correct wheels and tyres.

Read my information thread on lowering base model 106's. I really think it should be a sticky....
