I live in southampton, and i know of one other guy who lives in botley (but he aint passed his test yetas far as im aware)..If you done come down to hedge end then you definatley should, there are people ther every night of the week, but the main night is sunday, usually packed.
There was a silver gti down there last week with 106owners stickers on it that i hadnt seen before, didnt get chance to go and speak to them tho and aint mentioned it in the spotted section!lol.
Anyway, im in a silver gti with nimrods so keep and eye out for me and if you fancy coming down to hedge end send me a pm and we can meet up

yeah i start back at uni in pompey 1st week of october, so how about doing one on the sunday before or something, that gives me just over a month to finish my car off and get it looking sexual.. then me and Zoc can compare and we can establish that mine is still only a 1.1i, lol

November they close down. The opening hours get shorter around this time of the year because of the light. They do group tickets too. I'll keep the idea at the back of my mind but it'd be rude not to organise a trip at some point in the future :)

yeah we shud def go at some point.
i went in may for my birthday
we qued 2 hours for the best ride there (stealth i think) and it broke down so we couldnt go on it :mad:

LOL. Last time I went Stealth wasn't running either. My favourite ride was Rush - the big swing thing (http://www.thorpepark.co.uk/explore_the_park/rush/rush.asp?css=2). Loved it. We went on it about 6 times, one after the other.

Edit: Heh, just remembered. We were about to get on Rush when it broke down. The people who were about to get off couldn't because the lap belts didn't release. Loved the look of horror on their faces. Haha.

i never went on that i qued up but it kept having errors and the belts wouldnt lock/wouldnt release/recording kept replaying so we got worried and went to another ride lol.

haha if i still have my saxo in october il hang myself!!!! its gone from a really nice and very quick for a 1.4!! saxo with leather, good sound system, dropped, special edition wheels, smoked lights all round and a few other sweet touches to a standard one on steelies. hate driving it now. about 2 months ago 20 quid in the tank would last me at the most one day with the travel to work and the drive at night sometimes put even more in now..... put 20 quid in on saturday and ive got about a fiver left hahaha AHTE driving it!!!! soon as i get ma gti or atleast another car il come down for sure :D:D be good to meet mroe members off her, deffinately the best and most friendly forum im on!!!
