Trip to th LDN

Right i have been thinkin about this 1 for a while, since the 1st regional leader wanted thread came up when peedee was made regional leader,
in sometime like end of october to november time i was thinking about an evening meet in central london and docklands area, most probably a saturday nite and after 6-6.30pm for central london as we wont need to pay conjestion charge, i was thinking about going around near canary wharf, hsbc tower, millenium dome and city airport for some good nightlife shots of london with our cars, then possibly into central london for pictures with the cars around leicester square way, houses of parliment, etc, and finishing off at the new wembly stadium then to ace cafe.

there would be a bit of driving thru out the evening as some places are a distance away but there could be some amazing pictures coming out of the evening, one thing i will say tho, is no speeding or stupid driving behaviour will be tollerated as there are more speed cameras in london than you've had hot dinners, and lots of 106's driving thru london mite draw some attention from people during the evening.

if i there is a big response to this ill start to work out a good meeting place, and then arrange on where we shall be going and moving on to at certain times and get phone numbers so know one gets lost during the evening as london is easy to get lost in.

so if you could please put your name down if your interested in this so i can see what sort of turn out this meet could be like

count me in 100%.... will be ace. You need to get a deffinite route sorted daryl, autoroute or something would help you with that.... and good ol fashioned maps.

ya ill get a proper route sorted from starting point to finishing once i find out how many people are coming, but i have my ideas on where to go, so shud be a very gud nite indeed

right kids this is a rough route few roads mentioned yet and gazz n ows when we goto docklands area we are near bow so u can get ur small fix and breath in the air lol.

so we will be starting off on the a13 and going round there to docklands near canary wharf and that all there and city airport, then trip down the a13 again towards aldgate station and then down near tower bridge and river thames in view, then follow the river round towards westminster for some more shots then over the river to leicester square and piccadilly sq and try for some more shots then off for a small road trip to wembly for some good pictures with the stadium then to finish off the nite with ace cafe.

once i get this done in more detail i will set certain check points with post codes for sat navs so no1 is lost on this trip as it is very easy to loose people driving round london, and i dont want to loose a single person

dargs ill be getting postcodes of meeting points for every1 and have every1's mobile numbers on speed dial so i can keep in contact with every 1 who is there. so as long as most people have sat navs shud all be good

right ive jus spent a good half hour or so planning a route around london and setting meeting points please be aware this is rough atm and i will be getting postcodes and road names for all the meeting points so they can all be entered into sat navs, im also going to look into seeing if i can get hold of a bulk buy on walkie talkies cos they would be very handy at keeping in contact with every1.

so here is the rough meeting plane i have put together, and 1 other thing, no need to worry about congestion charge as it does not happen on the weekends so no 1 needs to pay it.
