Should i do anything like put rubber washers over the holes?
I was thinking this would stop vibrations maybe?

i didnt cause when i changed mine there weren't any on the factory speakers and mine are fine, i havent yet experienced any unwanted vibrations.....hope that helps, i can't see any harm in them otherwise
