Red J plate 106 1.4 xsi.. no rust or rot anywhere.. 97k
engine runs lovely, tiny puff on start up but it goes straight away. might be a little tappity but they are adjustable, having no running problems i've not felt they need adjusting, just trying to be honest. goes very well, used for 30mile round trips to work everyday and never let me down apart from a dead battery which has been replaced with a 063 Excide Excell. returned me around 37mpg and upwards while driving like miss daisy.
loads of Mot after replacing a split handbrake cable, and 2 front calipers, 1 brake hose and de-lipped the rear drums before adjusting at the shoes.. (not the pikey handbrake rod way) brake fluid changed too just after the Mot and the disks and pads were done 8k ago so there fine.. so the brakes are 100%
also had a new clutch cable and speedo cable. induction kit fitted for a little extra sound, and a set of white 15"cyclones for some extra grip in the winter months (could do with a balance), standard 14" alloys are also here with good tyres and good balancing. i've also tracked it not long ago which was spot on.
pioneer head unit with cables for a sub and amp already fitted with alpine E speakers in the front and rear standard positions.
inside the car its pretty clean and tidy for a j plate 97k car, outside the body is great with minimal if any scratches or dings but there is a crease to the bonnet after the bonnet hinge broke. the red is deep and no signs of lacquer coming up like near all other xsi's.
no service history but was serviced by myself around 6k ago.
it has Mot till july 7th
Tax till the end of the month but its only £66 for 6 months
overall a great car and had a far amount of money spent on it in the last 6 months, only selling as i now have a Van and my R5GTT so no room..
