Calling all South-East members!!

Ok, Hopefully this will be a big meet, It will be a good chance for members to meet other members and put a few names to faces!!!:D

On the 28th July 2007, we meet along southend Seafront outside the casino at about 6 - 6:30 where we'll have a chat etc. We'll go to a pub for dinner or just a drink. Then 8:30- 900 it starts getting busyish at the seafront (still be light also) further chat there until 10:30 and I'll kick anyone's ass that challenges me to air hockey. Maybe then convoy to burnt mills and watch the twats wreck there cars on the roundabout.

A small map for the folks that aren't to sure where we're meeting.

I've marked in red the route that I will be taking from the big roundabout. I know that not everyone comes in from the same direction though. However, if you can manage to get to the sea-front (there's loads of signposts!), all you have to do is find Peter Pans playground (the great big funfair, you can't miss it!) and drive along the road with the sea being on the left of you. The casino is big with loads of neon lights plastered all over it!:)

The route to take is marked in red. Peter pans playground is marked in green and the casino is marked in blue. I propose that we meet just past the casino as its not too busy and there will be plenty of spaces. The meeting point is marked by a red circle.

Very... Go through the Tunnel... come off on the A13 Or A127 and it takes you straight into southend. once your in southend it will all be signed posted or one of us can arrange to meet you somewhere easy and bring you to the seafront.

It was some bird I spoke to mate. She said there will be a choice of two kits depending on which one mine has already. One was about £70 and the other was about £90, they can't say which one it is until they look at it. Although knowin my luck it will be the more expensive one. labour was £120. All together a shitload cheaper than anywhere else.

Yes. Where we shall be (just past the casino), there are loads of spaces. Around 10 o'clock, it gets busy, but we'll be there way before then.

Yeah true, but that far up is ok at that time. Its usually later that it starts getting busy. If it is busy at that time, we'll just go further down the front until there is spaces. No-one goes near the end, there is alwasy masses of spaces there.

Ok, I am gonna make this slightly earlier as I understand some folk are coming from further away! However, some people are coming from work etc and cannot get there until a little later.

I will be at the meeting point at 4.30 and will be there until everyone has turned up. Whether people want to go there at this time or later is entirley up to them. Rest assured that I will be there at this time though and anyone coming from further away or wishing to get there earlier is more than welcome.

Don't worry, there's no ragging of the cars or anything. If anyone decides they wanna pull handbrake turns / wheels spins to show off, they'll be told to f**k off.

We'll move to Basildon maybe later on to get a bite to eat or summit, but thats about it mate.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone that came to this meet. It was quite a good turn out and some nice cars there!!! The good old English weather prevailed towards the end, but it kept dry through the majority of the evening (sort of!!!)
