A little update
I have lodged a claim with paypal for my membership money
Normally it would be lodged as a dispute and Caz would be able to respond, however it would appear that even paypal cant get in touch with her so they have put it straight in as a claim
I would like to say that based on this, the forum being totally dead, no-one being able to get in touch with her, AND the 4 people that have bought items from caz which were never sent even though they paid for them - I would consider asking for your money back people :)
In one case I've spoken to 2 people that bought the same item from her - but only one received the goods :(
Its just a shame someone in that sort of trusted staff position would use a club to rob members of membership money (without ever sending membership packs out) and make fraudulent sales :( :(

It is a shame :( Diddnt like to believe it at first but if she not gonna make any effort to contact ppl well what does she expect? I am gonna claim! How did u do it Fuzz? Resolution Centre- item dispute? Thought it had to be done within 45 calendar days of payment though?
Fuzzy Orange
07-01-2007, 04:50 PM
Yeah it does say that - but I just started one anyway and put the transaction ID
Worth a try
Its only £9 so im not really bothered about the money - but morally I don't want her to think she's got away with it all cos its a shit thing to do
yeah its not alot of money but for individuals, but for her its only 11 people to pay for it and theres an easy 100 quid, everyone that paid should try to claim it back.
Zippy
07-01-2007, 05:48 PM
I've just sorted my claim. I dont want her making easy money out of us. Like Tim said £9 is not alot. But when its 10 or so members.. thats plenty of mcdonalds for Caz.

LMAO :D
What did u do Zippy did u put it under an item dispute? Then item not received? And stated you wanted a full refund? It stated that it has to be disputed within 45 days, but I payed back in September? :-\
Zippy
07-01-2007, 05:54 PM
Yep did exactly that.. I dont care if it says 45 days... deffinatly worth a try!

07-01-2007, 06:42 PM

Thats shocking that someone could do that.
Run a forum and then con everyone out of money and disappear.
Hope you all get your money back.
What did QPC stand for?

Hi guys
I know u don't know me but im a friend of 106quickyrich
And he told me about this - and to be honest the first thing i said to him was about the charges, no bandiwth on a forum can run out or be over used without having at least 5k members using it all the time
She ripped u lot off - kinda sad really
But to the point
Law states if you paid for sumthing it binds her into a legal contract - she must give u a refund or face a fine of 10k for fraud or a 5 year jail sentence
:)

She's blatently a gypo.
Doesn't come online for weeks on end as she cant scab off somebodys wireless internet.
She walks along the street on her laptop trying to find a network.
Unsucessful she returns to her caravan.

oi you weird eople I was born in Wolverhampton I am a yam yam, but I luckily moved at an early stage so do not have the accent nor do I support wolves mwahaha
Good luck with souness lads!!
why is everyone suddenly slagging Caz?
I dont know her personally but noone minded when they where using the forum she made?
Not exactly her fault someone hacked the site.
Money can be claimed back via paypal no problem.
And i dont think its very fair to be slating her children as they have never done anything againt you.
Zippy
09-01-2007, 09:12 PM
Well.. i dont like being robbed. She could make the tiny effort of contacting one of us.. Maybe she could unblock one of us from MSN.. Maybe..
fair enough, make a claim on paypal, no need for personal attacks making comments about her children. (not directing that at you personally)

You obviously don't know whats happened with her selling 1 item to 2 people and not sending it.
She's stolen an awful lot of money, the site wasn't hacked, she ran.

Tony
To be fair mate she took what was probably near £500 or more in membership money for a site that costs about £12 a month to run
Never sent membership packs out
Sould roughly another £1k's worth of stuff to people and then never sent it
Then changed her number, lied about where she lives, blocked all of us from msn and stopped replying to emails
Fair enough guys personal insults about her family are a bit off - but I don't think she exactly deserves a pat on the back for QPC - obviously only set up for personal gain!

Good luck in getting your money back.
It was justified in the end i never bought membership, I always had a hunch for some reason, and she was always suspect to just letting it all go, how many times did the site get revamped?, it was always going to get boring for her, and when she never turned up to Shakespeare when 6 of us made it, was strange.

I could never understand how it could cos so much to run a forum. She said it was people posting large images that caused the bandwidth problems. But any computer person would tell ya thats crap cos most images are hosted on other servers e.g. photobucket.
Fuzzy Orange
11-01-2007, 12:20 AM
Yes
And regardless
I host this forum (with full avatars and image uploading), my fuzzy orange site, performance car club, and 8 customer sites for £12 a month!
And thats as much hard drive space and bandwidth as I need
I get £25 a month in advertising from PCC - so I still make £13 a month and all the sites pay for themselves LOL
She was full of shit
