meets????

what do people want to do on meets? go to places ie alton towers, bowling, meals, go on drives??? just a quick question cheers. gav.

I think it all depends on where we are... But obviously a meal would have to be done... I think that would be a good tradition...

There is bowling most places we go so if we did that everywhere we went then we would get slightly bored... But we could do somethuing similar, but I would be against the cinema... Why would we go a cinema??? LOL!!!

A drive is always good... Get to see the sights... So that is a yes for me...

I think it would be a good idea for each person to write a list of what there is to do in there area, then post in this tread or even better pass the list onto Ste!!!

IMO a mix of everything is best as if we do the same things everytime the meets wont be as interesting and wont attract more members

through the winter pub meets and bowling, karting etc are cool things to do as they are inside and arent really affected by crap weather which is something we get loads of

and in the summer driving meets,camping trips, trips out to theme parks etc will be more likely when we can make most of the slightly better weather

thats how i see it but if anyone else has something to add then go ahead

oh and the odd night out on the town aswell and definately an annual north west piss up :D


agree with wizza on everyone putting up a list of whats to do round thier way that would help massively with organising meets :)

around me there is, the crocodile trail which is some sort of assult course i belive never been but everyone says its ace, chester zoo again never been but people say its a laugh. a north wales drive would be class stopping of in barmouth at the see front for pics would be fun. could always go on an over night drive. start at about 10 and finnish at about 2-3? i personally would like to go for a drive before the end of the year.

I think the Drives are the best, it makes it part of owning a 106, i know some people dont prefer it and maybe its because my car was born for back roads;) lol

I think cinemas and activity based ones are for a night out, where as full days should be made of driving around for a few hours getting some awesome feel to awesome roads and a meal etc...
Peak district is an awesome drive and for views, a54, snake pass, wales is awesome to, horse shoe pass is an awesome spot for some whoring


It all depends on the person/s getting involved as im used to doing this as i meet up with the Rallye Register when i can and they have massive drives and dont really do cinema outings alot :(

night out wise its gotta be blackpool! millions of bnb's for like £2 a night lol also its a laugh with the pleasure beach and the night life is quite good!
