:mad: i bought a phone off ebay nearly 3 week ago now (that was when it was cleared through paypal) and still havent recieved it. contactes him and keeps making bulshit excuses up like it lost in post and am never selling on ebayer agin if this is gong to happen, a f**ken hope not if ya going to take the money and not send the item. anyway it was a w880i thta was 110 which was cheap but i won it on bids. and he had 94% feedback so i went ahaed and payed for it when i have checked it over and read every feedback left he has 2 neagative from buyer all the rest are from sellers so he pays for item but dosen not send them. what a f**ken dickhead it really pisses me off. am covered on paypal lyk but its not the point and it my money that he has got for F**K ALL:mad: :mad:

It's like when people sell wheels with tyres and only post one picture... You ask for a picture of th etread and they never get back to you!!!

I've just finished a battle with some pillock on ebay (shop as well!) over a set of 6x9's that the cheque cleared for on the 18th May, with Parcel force 24hr delivery and I still haven't had them!!! Had a massive battle and he's now admitted that he's in the wrong and is sending a set of better ones as a way of apology. Reckon I should leave neutral or neg feedback for him?

shouldnt the phone have been sent by recored delivery anyway? so if hes sent it, he would have proof

I had a battle with a company about an induction for my GTI. Was a raceland type kit with the carbon bit that attaches to the front. (Just cheaper and not as good as raceland)
On the advert it said "fits all models of 106", so I bought it for my GTI. Anyways, recieved it and it didn't fit. They started saying how it fits all models 'but' the GTI lol!! Kicked up a massive stink and got a refund in then end, although they were adamament that I was in the wrong. T***S!!

Hahaha, my exhaust is made by them! I had to go and get it fixed, and they weren't too happy about that!
I booked it in, turned up, and they were like "who are you, what you doing here", so I told them, and they claimed they had no pug 106's booked in for today, and they wouldn't be able to do it! I said I am not driving 100 miles for nothing, so he checked the book and guess what! I was in there for that day surprise, surprise! Didn't like the bloke anyway, as soon as I saw him I realised he was a pr*ck!
You should see their office as well, it's basically a parts warehouse, full of cheap shit parts!

I sold my phone on ebay recently, and it did get lost in the post. Royal Mail, have a word. So he might not be lying. But i sent mine recorded, which is how he should have done. If he cant prove he posted it, surely you're within your rights to ask for a refund.

he has no proof to say he's posted it but av won the case now cause he had not replied so i have being awarded my money back by paypal:)

Recently I got scammed pretty bad.
Bought some skates from ebay, paid for them and didnt get any contact for ages. Then got an email saying he had gone to italy so he couldnt send them. A couple of weeks later i got the skates, and an email asking me to send him the money.
I had already sent him it, but he didnt realize that you are supposed to get the payment before sending items, so he hadnt accepted the payment, and it had timed out.
I contacted paypal, and they told me to send the payment again, as the old one would have been refunded. I sent the new payment, and he accepted it, and reacitivated and accepted the first one, meaning I paid double. Then he started ringing my home phone number after paypal gave him it, asking for payment. I got pretty pissed off with it, spoke to one of the mateys at ebay, who then spoke to the guy at paypal, and got both payments refunded, and kept the skates. Paypal are also now being investigated for misconduct!
What a bag of boobs!

There are some right tossers on ebay!
When i used to play golf (mock me if u like) i had bought a £200 golf bag and paid straight away!
Didnt here from tht company for like 2weeks and nothing had turned up so got in contact and they sed i hadnt paid, i check paypal and they had taken the money but didnt post it! They finally sent it 4weeks after the end of the auction, Twats!
Got a refund in the end aswell!
im very careful with ebay now, some twats on there i paid for 2 ipod videos when they first came out and got mugged off, got police in on it as ebay wouldnt do nothing, but after months of trying to track the guy nothing happened. was very pissed off.
also bought some blank dvd's the other week with next day deliv, and the guy didnt not send the item till a week and half later than i had paid, got them now but was pissed cos it was meant to be next day but he didnt even send them til a long time after
