just wondering wat sort of horse power should i expect to see if i go with bodies and an omex... already got full exhaust system includin 4 branch manifold and de cat and piper 285's..

i think around 165 with good mapping.

that coudnt be rite seen as though i hit 160.8 bhp on the dyno wi a few other mods and remap as it is

those piper cams arent that agressive really, there duration is only around 265degrees, throttle bodies with those cams would'nt give you much more top end power but give huge increases in mid range torque and throttle response. to make the most of boddies use more agressive cams.

Wild cams are high lift...yes 808's would be good for TB applications

you need groved pistons though...which if your going high-comp will happen anyways as most highcomp pistons have groves

with anything like 809's upwards you need to run solid lifters and uprated valve springs aswell as high comp pistons.

you dont just want lift, you want duration aswell. if you use the right cam and right timing and right mapping and right head you can get power through pulse tuning lol
