I am looking a getting a quickshift and i was just wondering how they are fitted it looks pretty straight forward but i dont want to start and then find myself with no gears. Thanx :D

If you join as a paid member theres a whole DIY section for fitting for quickshift along with other bits.
Sorry i would run through it for you, but as you can imagine it's not the easiest thing to explain and i don't wanna mess it up for you..

nah thats fine how do you join as a payed member as i was a non paying one before the site was redone

On the top blue bar, there's a button that says "Shop". Click on that and it'll take you through to the section where you can get a membership. It's £20 for a year, but you gotta have a paypal account to pay though.
