Right the other day my 106 decided it wasn't going to start at all.. I dont mean it gives a couple of coughs, it just does nothing when you turn the key nothing from the engine or anything, the battery might be low but still works as the stereo etc comes on when you just run the battery, any ideas on what it could be, its not the starter motor, which i thought it was..

immobiliser, starter motor, bad earth somewhere along the line

You can still jump start it.. i dont know if that means anything?
push the little red button under the bonnet
always worth a try

means its not the immobiliser

Theres some big ass fuses under the bonnet dunno if they effect anything but check em anyway

You can still jump start it.. i dont know if that means anything?
Is the alternator belt tight?,if so once it's running take it for a charging system check,sounds like your battery on it's way out...HTH...Wayne
