i am soon buying a set of newman ph3's hopefully
will i need anything more then just the cams?
ie. lifters, followers, shims, not very clued up so not sure exactly what these are, just heard people talking bout them
will my standard engine be ok without forged pistons and rods, valves ect..?
i have exaust system, induction kit, fuel pressure regulator
i know i will need a re-map, where should i go?? any reccomendations??

any help would be appreciated

Search button is your friend mate. This has been covered so so many times.

If your engine is getting on a bit then new followers would be a good idea. You won't need forged internals with PH 3's. Chip Wizards are who everyone is raving about at the moment for remaps.

if you want the standard ecu remapped chipwizards is the best, if yo uwant to mod after the cams id recommened standalone management as you dont have to pay another 500quid for mapping.
