Hi guys
Unfortantly i am going to have to stand down from regional leader as im selling my 106!!! (ah!!!)
I will still come along to events (if you let me!) but thought as I didnt own a 106 id better let someone else do it
Hopefully they will have more luck!!
I will warn the new leader its hard ive tried to organise 2 things before i became regional leader and 2 things since and neither have come off (mostly due to weather though!)
So can I have names please and why you would make a good regional leader and I will chose a new leader and let them above know
THANKS!!!
p.s ANYONE UP FOR A NORFOLK COAST DRIVE 2MORROW BEFORE MY 106 GETS SOLD???

Just noticed your car on pistonheads! What a shame.
I would offer to take over but I'm emigrating in a few months, so my car will be up for sale soon too :(

All the more reason to have one, to 'rally the troops'.
The only reason the last meet was poorly attended was the weather. Those of us that did go still had a good time. Once people have been to a few meets, got to know each other and actually enjoyed themselves the region will pull together a bit better and organising meets will get much easier.

I'm going away mid september and hopefully selling the Rallye by then (once I pull my finger out and get it advertised!) If it's sold I'll come along in my Volvo anyway. Should still show up the 1.1s :)
Another bash at the Norfolk coast cruise would be good although as we found out on the last one, the roads inland are as good if not better and there's less traffic so I'd be tempted to plan an inland route instead.
I know a good route starting and finishing in yarmouth, partly on the coast, partly inland which could be good.
