heyy all,
looking to buy an exhuast system for my gti and wondered what people on here thought I should get, would like to go straight through.
also, when replacing manifolds on a saxo vts, some of the aftermarket manifolds come into contact with the oil filter, is the same with 106 gti's and which manifold are they? if they do.
magnex ?
supersprint ?
etc
looking to buy, 4-2-1 manifold and straight through sysytem.
thanks lee

hi bud,
i would recommend a peugeot sport exhaust, i have one and it is my best mod by far!
they come in de-cat and motorsport cat versions. They sound awsome and give good performance gains, im sure others will say the same.
As for the manifolds im unsure about hitting the oil filter but im sure others on the forum will be able to confirm this.
Type, well you get what you pay for in term of quality, but 140 quid for a raceland 4-2-1 is always a good buy
hope this helps :)

nah, went to look it tho, the guy told me it was on the "list" and was involved in the floods last year in Wales,
also the front was 2 shades of yellow, apparently, the flood water pused the car to the front on the garage and broke the front bumper, dented the wing, so i left it. flood damage not very good at all.
and it had done 87,000 miles

oh btw, i dont really want it sounding raspy, if you know how i mean. just want a deep roar sound to it ?
cheers all.
Pugsport's don't give a roar but are raspy as hell... not always the best fits though.
