what exhaust manifold and induction kit?

as the title says, looking for ideas as to what to go for and where to buy??

looking for best power gains for money etc etc!

was just about to help you, and realised it was a valver so i dont know.
pugsports are quite poppular and i believe although the fitment can be a pain in the arse they are lightweight and give good gains.
for the price raceland manifolds are awsome imo. you can get the racelands from kam racing, if you become a payed 106oc member you even get discount.
the only place i believe you can get pugsports from is 106parts.
and there are mixed oppinions about them on here.

thanks mate, i'll have a look into the raceland manifolds. any ideas on induction kit, not looking to spend funny money though!
