Hey guys, well i need to put a new air fillter into my quicksilver and i was just wondering what would be the best one, iv got about £150 so any price up to that or maybe a bit over.

I used to have a green cotton filter, was pretty good although it was an open filter so it did get alot of heat soak, i would say a bmc cda tbh cant beat fully enclosed, had a bmc cda rep after :) it became abit more responsive

dont get anything but an enclosed forced kit, pointless otherwise, them open air kits are sh*t

I have to disagree. After having a BMC CDA, then a standard airbox with some holes drilled in the side, and now a cheapo Ripspeed open filter, the difference in performance is minimal, its the cost you should consider.

yea my m8 said they were good :D
bmc or raceland, raceland is cheaper, spend the rest of the money of something else :p
