how can i advance my cam timing on my gti do i advance inlet and exhaust got 708s just til get mapped

as far as am aware you cant advance and retard timing with out adjustable pullys

they are adjustable matey standard pulleys a

Yes all 16v engines come with adjustable pulleys as standard.

Just undo the 3 10mm bolts and adjust from there.

Also 708's run on standard timing...

Dont want to advance it too much, you might get knocking.
