Jeez 40 is pretty steep for 1 run and it being a group buy/event.

Our day at Eccose was only 20quid.

Yup true. How about Wallace? Im sure your only about 50 quid for a session if you were to go on your own so surely for 10 cars + it would be around 25-30?

Bloody hell lol. Nah don't think il attend. Would lose out on £75 with having to take the day off work and I'f feel ripped off paying 40quid for an RR session lol.

Are you organising this ? If so, watch out man. Dont want it to cost you more than it should.

used them on my celica gt4 gord, wasn't too impressed with the service i got. travelled from carnoustie (close to dundee) to get their 'service C' cost just over £600 and it was done by on apprentice. no disrespect to the young lad, but when you pay top dollar you want the best. it was also booked into get RR'd after the service, but some local boy on a yamaha R1 turns up and takes my space and simon, the owner, ended up saying i'd need to go back the get the RR time!! wasn't too chuffed. i'd avoid them

It's cool I wasn't planning on taking it there man, already got mine tested and checked at Dastek.

Why didn't you say anything about the young apprentice ? If I were you I woulda stopped it happening until they got a guy that knows what their doing.

apprentices only get to work on stuff on there own if they are competent, so there shouldnt be any trouble with an apprentice doing it and it means all the work will be double checked!

Aye but it's your money, your car. If you dont want an apprentice learning on your car then its upto you. If anything, they should be asking YOU if its ok for an apprentice to work/help on your car before they begin.

if it wasnt for apprentices you wouldnt have a mechanic in the first place

And if it wasn't for our dads we wouldn't be having this conversation.

See where I'm going ?
