fuel pressure regulator help what pressure???

what pressure should i run this at with my gti
just got it second hand and not sure if it is running to much pressure
dont want to do any damage!!!

Standard GTI pressure is 3 bar. Leave it at that.

16v is 3 bar
8v is 3.5 bar

Like sandy says you get nothing by increasing it on an NA engine really. I ran a GMC 4.5 bar FPR on my gti for a bit, made no difference.
