Ok guys, heres the details.

Place: Tesco's on Riverside Drive Road
Time: 12 Noon
Date: Sunday 3rd Of August

From there we will make our way to a local place called The Unicorn with space to take pictures at the docks again. Then we will go to the Birkhill pub so we can have a bite to eat and a few drinks.

You guys can organise convoys to meet up and travel down in. I'll be making one from McDonalds car park just before you cross the Forth Road Bridge at 11am. Anyone coming that way is free to join up.

Sometimes when I drive past him or someone else is out in the garden or garage so he'll have to know the car. I drive by there minimum of 10 times a week lol.

It was just a standard fiesta, not even a zetec i don't think. but it was quite smart. But yeah sold that and bought the gti.

Most people were like that at the first meet, but it really is very simple. As soon as you come into Dundee you come to a roundabout, you take a right and its a 5 minutes drive to tescos. Can't go wrong

so what was the problem with your beam?

It has started making a very loud "ting" noise from the left hand side. When you jack the car up and lift the left wheel, the trailing arm bearing squeeks a tad. So I'm guessing the bearing is knackered.

I've checked the planned travel on nadics, and there arnt to many roadworks. some on the a90, but there are none on the a92 (no speed cameras) only roadworks in the bridge area are m9 j2 and j1 newbridge.

Yea mine passed no problem aswell. Put it into souterhead aswell and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it :confused:

Nah got one of a guy on Rallye Register. Apparently mint condition, lowered 30mm, powerflex bushes & mounts, everything there apart from dampers. All for a very good price :)

well I got my drive shaft changed yesterday for the meet, and the cars ready (spoiler/bonnet), and looked out the decks I said I'd bring but I've not been well overnight, and really don't fancy driving 200+ miles today. At the moment, I'm considering not going into work tomorrow :(

well it was a sore one in terms of people putting names down and not turning up... so be ashamed... so very ashamed of yourselves if you didnt, was still a no bad day and if you didint come cos of the weather youl be gutted to know that dundee had over 20 degree heat... sun beating down and was most definetly the weather to get a tan in... but all round a good laugh for the drive. few of us were going to head to crail after but were too late by the time we waited on everyone to turn up... but soon as we can arrange another meet i say we do... maybe better location tho as the dundee carpark was a bit sketchy for phots with cars drivin past...
and would be good to see the pics up.. il post mines soon as
