How easy or how hard is it to remove the standard CD player in the 106?

Thanks

Two holes at the front of it! one on each side. poke something long and thin down them both like a thin screw driver and pull.

I used 2 thin saw blades :)

Or you could buy the propper pins to remove it.

2 flat bladed screwdrivers did it for me ;)

i took mine to pug as its on my road, its not a "U" shaped hook, there are two holes. one each side, need a long thing tool to slide into those and pull

I changed my girlfriends the other day, I used a wire hanger and shaped it into a U shape. Worked a treat.

really much easier with the proper keys, as you need to pull them either up down or side to side to release the catch, not much from motorshop or halfrauds :)

Thanks guys! Tried everything- hangers, screwdrivers the lot! Went down to moronworld in the end to get the right U shaped hooks ;) for the jobs (were £1.99). I gave it a yank, the bloke at moronworld gave it a yank, my dad and bf were yankin it one at each end and the fooker wouldnt budge. Came out eventually! :D

yeh there is a bit of a knack to it as u need to catch the release things just right.

also mine is not a u shaped tool either :-\ just a single rod with a hoop for your finger at the end, ive only got 1 hole either side :-\
