1.6 16v head

will the 1.6 16v head from a gti fit on a 1.8 16v bottom end as the gti is going to have better cams in it than the standard 1.8

Do you want to fit it to a XU block?

if its a differnt bloke to a tu type engine then no it wont fit as water and oil ways will not match up.

it aint going to fit on another tu block tho is it as i would have thought the other ones all being 8v are going to be different
