decent breathing mods will probably see you around 130bhp.
Maybe get a set of cams and a remap to, this should see you around the 155 bhp mark, with a set of catcam 708's?
How much you thinking of spending?
try a gmc manifold, but they hang really low, which has put me off

supercharger !!! 175bhp could be a very realistic goal.
im sure someone out there would do a kit for your car
or you could DIY with say an eaton out of a bmw mini or a g-lader out of a polo g 40
you could run it through somethin like a metro turbo carb with its rising rate fuel regulator or go all out and do EFI on something like megasquirt or emerald etc

GMC do a supercharger kit for the 106/saxo you would be looking at around 5k for the whole setup.
bmw chargers in my opinion arent worth the hassle as they are hard to mount in the engine bay through lack of space. Rotex chargers are nice and compact and fit well with a gmc bracket.

it will still be naturally aspirated was just thinking of spending maybe £500ish pugsport 2"
probs raceland 4-2-1 "i couldnt go over anything with the down hang on the GMC's"
205 gti alloys...dont know what colour
and probs a ram air filter/scoop
what will that get me?? aha
maybe pugsport and cams then? and save for a remap?

yea best bet would be to do what aidy has said. your probably looking £300 ish for cams, £100 for raceland and green filter, dunno how much pugsports are now, and probably about £250 for the remap.

boring boring

Unless he's got £5k sitting in his back pocket it would be a wise decision to stay N/A.
4-2-1 Mani
Pugsport De-cat
Induction
That would have you at a nice gain all ready for the next stage of cams and remap later on if you fancied it.
