Revs dipping down low

Ever since ive fitted my 4-2-1 manifold, and i sit in traffic the revs drop down to about 500 rpm and back up and sometime it stalls any ideas?

adjust accelerator cable mate and it should stop doing it

your sucking in air from a joint mate. check all the seals

my gti did this, i cleaned the throttle body and it was fine after, used the guide off here

dude he says its only started happening after fitting the manifold.

i just cured my rough idle after 4 months of headaches and about £400 worth of bits and bobs.

catalytic convertor was breaking up, £160 worth of exhaust component later and it sits like a dream.

check all the exhaust seals
