Really simple question:

Does the Quiksilver have a centre section hanger? Before I crawl under the car tomorrow to check it out...

:)

Edit: As in, a hanger for the centre section, *on* the car.

Yes it does! But i have a 98 Quicky yours maybe different if the exhaust runs straight down the middle of the car!

Cheers Liam! I'll check it out tomorrow and see if I can spot it. The exhaust (currently on) is a bender too.

The new exhaust system which I bought aaages ago and haven't fitted has a hanger thingy on the centre section.

Cheers Liam. I wasn't sure because my OE section doesn't make use of it. Same with Jon's 1.1 too.

Went to a scrappy today to find some bits and there was a Quiky there on the top of the stack, so managed to see where it is without having to shimmy under my car :D

No, I didn't. :(

One local motor factors said that Land Rovers have a donut for the exhausts and if I went in with some measurements they'd see if it'd work but I've just ordered a 4-2-1 manifold and some other bits so when I whack that on, mine will fit correctly (bore size will be the same all the way along).

which 4-2-1 did you go for?

Supersprint 4-2-1 from KAM. Thought the extra £££'s are worth it compared to the Raceland. Should be a better fit too, hopefully!

Ordered some heat wrap from rallydesign.co.uk as recommended by Frenchsport Tuning and a lambda sleeve from Frenchsport (I've got two lambda sensors as my cat is in the manifold - same as yours).

Bought a 3" Scorpion system from Doely aaages ago which I should be able to fit next weekend! And bought a de-cat pipe from Fuzzy aaages ago too.
