the cars personal best is a 16.2 in semi wet

but due to the scrappy weather and floor conditions today the best was a 16.4 - which i didnt think was too bad considering. if it had of been dry, we would have been looking at high 15s.
but nvm...

didnt stay around long enough for leader board to be put up (rain started) but not being big headed, but I think the top 2 may have been Stew and the CRX who was only ahead of the XSi by 0.105 of a second in the race we had.

yeah the best i got today was 16.5,was struggling to stop it spinning and getting a decent start. only had the car 3 weeks,. does anyone else think 1st to 2nd gear is far too long? think i'll be dooing it in the 205 next time gets off the line much quicker

we have 14" wheels with 45 profile tyres so it shortens gears a bit ;) .

and yeah i think ratios are a bit long. not built for racing tho but we get about 30 out of 1st, 55 out of 2nd, cant remember the rest.

gutted about the wet tho. realy wanted to get the old 1.4 engine to do a 15 sec of some sort. never mind.

have you had your car wieghed, looked to have nothing in it at all. i didn't know who's seat that was in the rain till i saw it being bolted back in to yours, thats when i took off

we left then aswell, couldnt hack the wind and rain any longer.
was nice and quiet though for a change, got 10 runs in the first hour!!! got our moneys worth.

lol at the seat. thought someone may pinch it. would have been an illegal uncomfortable journey home for stew if they had of!!!
