thought id start 1 of these off got my quiky bout xmas time was totally standard this is what ive done so far
clear rear light, lowerd on the back about 60, and about 60 on the front, espace splitter, 1 off quiksilver bonnet badge, spoiler, tinted rear 3, coded interior with later gear knob and door handels, lockwood dials, gti half leather, 4 braach manifould, supersprint race section, stainless twin backbox, custom pacels shelf with sub built in, chrome rocker cover, brake fliuid resovouir and fuse box over. + coil pack blanking cover staniless batery, ecu and relay cover, viper induction, g max rear shocks. gloss black refurbd raptors. e tech strut brace with freshly powder coated brackets:)

to do: fit gti front mount fan and gti rad. forced carbon induction kit, paint drums and calipers.

had a general tidy yesterday put ecu cover on and took some piks. hopefully lowering front 2nite:)

got it lowered wednesday night. what a faff trying to get the anti roll bar off but we got there in the end. so now shes slammed on steelies at the mo might start work on my alloys at the weekend. gave my struts a quiikk rub down and a quik lik of paint b4 puttig them back on and sorted the tops out aswell with abit of grey hamerite. springs were supose to be 35 mil but they luk more like 60s 2 me herres a couple o piks

1. where you get he chrome engine covers from.
2. where you get the gti interior from hwo much it cost you.
3. how easy was it spraying the dash what type of spray paint did you use

yer the badge was from ebay lol anything 1 off atracts me to it lol

rasmo106 its easy to spay the interior just used the paint from motosave make sure its all clean spray it them laquer it
half leathers i got from sumwher in bristol and the cost me 270 i think
an i just got the covers 1 by 1, ecu is from spec r they have there own website, relay cover is from ebay sum1 makes them. rocker cover i got off here and batery covers form ebay aswell

went to the local pug dealer and got some new door piller decals the other day they were 11.21 i thought that was quit reasonable. i took the old 1s off that were nakerd cleaned the pillar and put the new 1s on looks much better now had to be done the others wer a right state.

ive also wired my amp up did it thursday nite sounds great:D just in the process of making a surrond for it so it luks tidy and wires aint all over the place

got the supersprint midsection last nite and my back box was delivered yesterday, thats getting fitted wednesday nite, my m8 needs my old exhaust as his snapped due to rot lol poor fella

well the exhaust is on it looks ok, but its very loud, dont really no if i like it make quite a nice noise but its just so loud dnt no if im goin to be able to put up with it

sprayed my drivers side mirror cap and put it back on so there the same colour again :). also finished my amp surround off with carpet to match the shelf, but the back has started to wear a little so gonna sort that out soon just to tidy it up.
also now have a problem gettin in and out of my drive as you can see on the pik splitter always catches the floor, its kinda of annoying.
have also started rubbing my alloys down, tyres and valves are off, may get them primered at the weekend.

cant even aford bolts at the mo will be a couple of weeks mayb til i have some cash spare to get them.
think ive been done on ebay aswell bought some black angel eyes 2 weeks ago and they still havent turned up :(

finally got alloys on after refurbing them so here they are looks loads better

gave car a wash yeserday and put the quiksilver decals on i got ages ago couldnt decide where to put them. eventually decaded on lower rear qauter. What you think ?

it isnt progress but i hit a badger the other nite and this is what it did and mangeled ma horn. in ways of progress i have got a shiny cambelt cover and coil pack blanking cover to go with the other shiny bits.

just and update of future plans. got a new bumper will have it int the next couple of weeks. also got some black angel eyes, there in the post. so when it all arives front end is all coming off gti rad and fan are going on front headlight slam panel is getting resprayed, chassis legs are getting refurbed. euc and batery tray are goin a lime green colour and so are the drums and calipers and towing eyes. bump strips grills wiper arms fuel cap. the black parts of the mirrors and lock surround are all goin gloss black to match the rims. so should be tidy when its finished.

finally got my front bump strips ordered, so all the bump strips petrol cap and mirros have been primered, flatted and sprayed gloss black. i like em looks good. just waiting for my morretes to come so i can do them to:). also had the drivers side skirt and rear arch repainted as the arch was badly stonechipped and i kept catching my oot on the skirt when i got out lol. will get some piks as soon as i can

cars lookin good mate, not keen on clear rear lights id spray them black to match wheels and angel eyes butt coming along nicely

ive always been undecided on the rear light and i have thought bout getting some tinded 1s instead only reason i keep em is they are rare and i hardly ever see them anywhere

also an update i managed to aquire so morretes at a good price they are in good condition and are the manual ajustment 1s. only thing im wondering is are they suposed to come with some kind of loom as these dont have 1. the morettes will be going gloss black to match the other bits ive done. im currently also toying with the idea of doing my roof and mayb spoiler gloss black aswell. i have also got some vts rims with new tyres these are aslo goin to be refurbed in gloss black although they aint in bad condition at all. cant drive at the moment as i dont have my licence but will carry on with the car

got the morettes on the car really like them managed to get a pik although it was getting dark so not the best and the car isnt that clean either but you get the idea will get some piks of the car when i remember after i wash it as i still havent got piks of brace and bump strips ect
