Right so i purchased a quicksilver, £400 off my mate.
:cool: LOL
1998 - 70K - Huge unrepairable dent in passenger door - Blue->Black 2tone paint - Interior is nice and clean, also needs arch and side skirt.
What i plan on doing...
- Have 2 new doors to put on as the other one was a little dented up too. Got both a bit cheaper.
- Got a mate who will sort out the other various dents around the car.
- Going to give it a good cleanup.
- Ordered full GTi skirts and arches.
WILL BE SURE TO POST PICTURES UP LATER TONIGHT
I will keep everyone updated on how it goes as it gets done. I think i got a bargain for 400 quid, as it is mechanically sound. I have added up the parts too and the doors cost 60 and to fit is 200 with all dents repaired etc. so really 760 for the car with no exterior damage ... not bad...
