Reporting Procedure
RLs and Members
Issues with an RL;
First port of call should be to have a discussion with the RL, to try to resolve the issues.
If there are no changes or improvements the issue should be reported to the Events Co-Ordinator team, either Ste or Me, via the PM process, giving a detailed report of the issue and any relevant links etc to previous discussion on Forum.
The issue will then be picked up and dealt with in the appropriate manor.
Issue with a Member;
