getting lighter

What can i rip out other than the rear seats to get the weight of my car down.. got a 1.1 pug s1.. basicly its rubbish.. lol so reducing the weight... an giving the engine some love.. help.. :P

spare wheel, door cards, glove box, roof lining, carpet...

everything bar the pedals, steering wheel and front drivers seat..
