Its quite an easy job, should take you about ten mins for each mirror.
Start by taking off your door cards so your door looks like this...(first pic in attachments) you'll need a couple of those star (i think they're called torx) screwdrivers to take off your door cards.
Look at the second picture, that black plastic on the inside of the window is just clipped on, with a bit of careful pulling (if its really stiff try getting a screwdriver underneath it, easiest with your window open) it should come off.

When you have it half out, you'll notice its still attached by the cables for the mirror angle adjustor, on the back of the plate theres a small screw, just undo it and the adjustor body will come away from the plate.

Now that thats off you'll have access to a couple of screws that were behind the plate. Undo those and the whole mirror unit will come away from the car.
Poke the old grommet through and let the adjustor follow it out. You should now have no mirror and no plastic bits.

Your new mirror is ready to go on in the reverse order that the old one came off, you may have to twist some of the adjustor cabling into the mirror housing if its too long to fit back into your plate easily, if it is, get roughly the right length and shove the gromet on the cable before you put the gromet in the door. That will let you know how much you need to poke up into the mirror housing.

Attach the gromet to the door and secure the housing back on with the screws, put the adjustor body in the plate (mine wasn't a perfect fit so I had to cut a tiny bit of plastic off the adjustor), do up the little screw and press the plastic plate back on. Check its working, then put your door cards back on and your done.
Hope this helped and sorry i didn't put more pics up but got work in about 10 minutes, good luck with it!

You can just about reach the mirror screws without taking the door card off, but you have to kind of bend it, so I'd take the card off if you have time.

You'll need to push the three springy wires back into the housing behind the mirror as theres about 10cms to much of it. You might also have to chisel out a little bit from the joystick part where the backing plates screw should hold it in place. Hope this helps.
