Well to let the people who didnt know (will be alot of you) i decided to buy new parts for my Rallye but kept it a secret!

Thanks too raz and my other mate they are now on my car

Firstly i orderd a PugSport Exhaust De-cat!

then i bought a 106 gti enclosed induction kit

but something was missing...so i treated my self, once again.

was alot easier to take of than i exected..everyone was warning me about how easily the manifold bolts snap but all went well

and now my engine bay is currently looking like this..

soo thats my car as it stands now , i have now fallen back in love with it!

everything went on really well..was pleased! sorry dont have any pictures of my exhaust on. but i supose we all no wot 1 looks like lol

oh and also its backfiring..not 2 much tho, just right...got told by my mates behind me that it spat a flame out, hahaha
....but was also told that it could mean i need a re-map???

i no tell me about it :( its awful...
got it from ebay was £75 thats postage&packaging included. there was loads on there,well i say loads was bout 3 or 4.

lookin good fella.on ur origonal airbox did it have a temp sensor n 3 other breather pipes.wot did u do with these wen fittin the new 1 .apart frm the oil breather pipe which is obv.lol

I love that shiny manifold - is it a Raceland? Looks so much better than before. Blue rocker cover would look smart ;)

made new holes in the blue pipe n stuck them in..bobs ya uncle..and at the mo im tryin 2 find a oil breather pipe..coz i hate that oil breather filter with a pasion!

i went for the 2" :D and yeh my manifold is a raceland! id rekonmend them!

looks like ill b investing.wot about the temp sensor how did tht stay in.surely it dusnt just fall out or is it securely fixed in.the other pipes i can imagine will stay put.

when bought the car it had a green air filter on already not the standard box..and i found out that the sensor wasnt gettin used.
it hasnt affected it anyway , still runs fine without.

yeah its gets very very hot!!! i got told to get some heat wrap...is it exspensive?
