well i was pretty disappointed with the lack of cars and the price (22 quid). the weather you cant help but the price for every thing was rediculous. (3 quid for a macdonalds size burger).
the car that were on show were stunningly gorgeous.
mark (leeds106) your car is looking stunning and pugme yours is a very nice modified car.
didnt see anyone else at the show but i did see a nana with 106owners stickers. the reg number was W638 OCF.
Get any pics mate? Or was it not worth it :p

Was PISSING IT DOWN half the day, bought a brolly though
And 3 quid for a chip butty is a pisstake imo, but meh, some cool cars, and ive thoroughly enjoyed today tbh. :)

well i just got back
was ok but not sure about the layout they used this year tbh
had a fair few arguments with the track staff too not letting us through gates when we were rushing to get on track etc
had an off in the wet which was fun(caught on camera too hehe) managed to keep it going and back on tarmac and carried on but loads of others wetn off and got stuck so they stopped the session
had a couple of sessions in the wet and kicked some ass
deffo TEAM 8v FTW this weekend for me :)

i loved the whole weekend, night life was amazing.
it was snowing all last night and a lot of snow on the ground this mornin. i went on track at 11.00am. really dry and grippy. started with 10 cars in front of me. made my way past a CTR, clio sprt, integra type r, vts, two focus', crx and some others to be pushing a fq300 evo round for 4 laps hehe. he cudnt pull away too!! i loved it for my first track action. got some mint pics of me sideways round redgate to upload later. also a 6 photo shot of me overtakin a focus on outside oops lol.
overall really good weekend, good weather today after 9am. :D

i doubt it'll get moved back to doncaster, donington race track makes the show more interesting with the time attack rounds and track session.
widdo i saw you on track, on the corner after the start/finish you undercut my mate in the integra on the corner lol dont think he was impressed, but he passed you by the next lap so he wasnt to bothered about it.

it was good but defo not worth the 22 pound to get in. the cars that were on show were all very nice, but not top notch.
leeds106 i know what you mean about the layout, last year it was in the middle of the track/circuit.. there was alot of asians trying to sell really cheap tacky quality carbon fibre for rediculous prices.

the black one? if he knew what to do he wudnt of got undertaken, he obv cudnt pull away on straights, i was right behind and he was meant to pull over to the right and let me by, how ever, 6 straights later he still didnt. so i had no choice but to 'safely' undertake him. then i missed a gear, saw him in mirror and moved over to let him by, 'as you should' lol. then he spun off the track trying to go a bit to fast lol

no offence but he knows what he's doing he does alot of trackdays, not like some of the clowns out there, man some of them shouldnt of even been aloud out lol (not meaning you), donny was his first driving after doing all the suspension, sorting out the caster and toe in, which still i dont think is set up how he wants.

Glad i'm not the only one who was disappointed. Some good cars, and the Mercs with the HUOOGE Alloys was the nuts, But other than that i cant really say there was anything half decent going. Cant say much for the weather, but its to be expected, Sods law and all that.

as usual with track action you ALWAYS get some guy in a car that bit quicker down the straights but holds you up bogtime in the quick corners who wont let ya pass them
had the same this weekend a few times so bullied my way through as they braked way too early for a fast corner as it totally spoils the whole fun of it being stuck behind someone who can only go quick in a straight line :(

ill still be there next year to do the show and go on track
its kinda tradition for me as this was the 7th in a row ive been to
track was fun in the wet and i was just picking up the pace having got to grips with how the car handeled in each corner and they stopped the session :(
trade stands were piss poor but they were the same last year too tbh

Was much better last year and the year before, layout, and company presance etc.
