new parts and things to do,will also get pics up

paint brakes done

move oil feed done

send gear box off to have diff fitted been sent in a few weeks

buy bigger green air filter get some more horses out my car!

new drive shaft

buy new top water hose with the 2 water feeds

got vts wheels,cycones,and ime going buy some sirocos then decide which to have powdercoated black!

have tail gate de-badged,and have bumper done ( few stone chips)

hid lights need to buy them

take rear seats out etc

oil change and plugs then out she will come! ready for pvs!!! at santa pod


ohh an off course,a full machine polish to get all them swirls out :p

well just quick up date,gearbox is ready,vtr gearbox stripped an rebuilt,quaife atb lsd fitted thanks to Competition Transmission Services ,should have that next week,will be taking old box out on satd afternoon

new airfilter should be here next week also.

just took few random pics(shit pics lol),boot lid is off, been smoothed an also bumper an morret lights also getting resprayed,got hid lights ready to go in,brought oil catch tank need get a plate weilded to battery tray to mount it.cyclones are also been powdercoated waiting for them also

one off my good mates made me this t piece to t into the bottom water hose from the header tank,because i was using heater matirx pipes before an john at gmc told me it would be better in the main water pipe.

quaife product are very good and also the service. when you buy a diff from them direct they machine the crownwheel on there for free!!!

good progress shaun, how much it cause for the gearbox rebuild if u dont mind me asking.

Speak to SFS Performance they are the only ones that do top water hose like you have in red. Same with bottom hose which you dont need to cut like in pics. I got my T-piece from demon tweeks

cheers rich,gear box price was best part of 800 quid,as i said back a page the life time warrinty with the diff is the best part of it! i cut that bottom hose where i did so that ive got minimal pipe work ;) only got a foot of pipe work from header tank to t-piece.

are you using normal gearbox oil or uprated oil. Its just when i used to run a MA box with LSD few years back i recommend to use uprated shockproof oil which helps with the diff. just thought would pass on the info.

ime not been a asw before anyone starts,i am just fed up of how this site has gone,its gone down hill,not having a dig fuzzy,but all the pointless threads,the arguing that happens on most threads,over anything an everything,little pricks posting pointless coments,eg some lad on pugsans gti saying his car was shit?? whats the point?if people got banned straight away it would keep the nobs from the site.. its people like that who have made the site go down hill,but ime leaving for now i may be back i mite not,i will probably update my blog on ssc,anyway some good people on here,some idiots to, bye guys
