Looks alright, I think it would look better covered in something though than painted.
Also, is the sub in it's own sealed compartment? Or is it just one big box?

sub is on its own mate the box is in two bit inside. i was going to cover it but i aint no good with carpet or wood work really so would probley be really bad
Nice work dude looks good!
Similar to my new 1 :)
Forgot to add.. Will be a bitch to paint, mdf absorbs paint, you wanna fibreglass it first if your going to paint it.

Carpet it, its very easy to do, 1 role of carpet, a crafting knife and some spray glue, so easy mate, was easier than i though :D

o ok lol im not used to all the internet stuff lol
You can paint it (if you choose of course!). All you have to do is seal the mdf first. This can easily be achieved with a coat or two of pva glue. Once its all dry, give it a quick sand then paint as normal.

ok no worrys smiler i was not worried about painting it every one seems to think it will look better with carpet on it
Yeah it probably will. Plus you wont have to worry about the finish getting chipped or scratched. Only thing is you will probably loose a lot of the detail of the nice logo you made (depending on how thick the carpet is of course!).

yer there is that but i was thinking if i put it in carpet i could do away with the logo i made and put a different colour bit in in the shape of the logo but that might look crap i aint sure anymore
Could carpet the box and paint the existing logo in a contrasting colour (red as you mentioned). That would look cool and be a damn sight easier! :-)

i think it would look mint if u could carpet the box and logo seperate, black carpet on box and red carpeted logo, or even cut the logo out of plexi glass lol

Onto something there...maybe have some leds underneath the plexi glass to illuminate it!

i thought about doing that but was not sure how to bond the plastic to the wood
silicone and screws matey, the silicone will stop it vibrating against the wood.
