What does this mean, and more importantly, will a wheel with this offset fit on a quikky?

You will need a 25mm spacer for them. Ford wheels off a cosworth are et25 if i remember correctly as they are the same as a 206, i am probably wrong though, there are plenty of pug fitment wheels about.

The lower the offset, the more the wheels stick out from the arches.
E.g
Et 5 will stick OUT fucking loadz
Et 18 will sit perfect and not stick out of the 106 arches.
Et40 will need spacers to push the wheels outwards, as they will sit way to far INTO the arch
As fuzz said, the correct offset for the 106, is between 13-18mm
This link shows you hundreds of offsets for cars :)

Ford wheels are ET38 - need 20mm spacers to fit a pug
With ET42 wheels you'd need 25-28mm spacers and really long bolts - not ideal
Also be sure they are 4x108 stud pattern or they definatly wont fit!
