My engine change

I managed to brake my second gearbox in my quiky during the week so this weekend i decided to change my 110k engine for a 36k engine out of another quiky i have.

toe rope to lift the car was not the brightest of ideas but it worked.

I will have to get some pics of it done but its in after two days and running sweet as a nut.

ive still got few more tweeks to get her lookin presentable gen, needs new windscreen as a fookin wagon as cracked all mine, changing the doors off the other one onto mine. the sand blaster in work is going to do my rocker cover and manfold heat shield n then i can paint them so the engine looks nicer. Then i mite be happy, well if i had silver mirrors too actually.

i just dont want them to look a different colour to my car. n u ent seen the mess of some of the things ive tried to spray before, i havent got the patients to wait for it to dry and i get carried away :)

doesnt every 1??? it was written off, rear quarter was slightly bent, so i bought it with bucket seats in for £350, solf the seats for £150 and have used the engine and bonnet, will have the doors to and then the rest is for sale so should get my money back.
