April Meet Ideas

I know we havent had our March meet yet (thats on Sunday 31st guys) but, what would you like to do in April?

I was thinking:

1. Evening Saturday meet in Lincoln, meet up in the multistorey carpark on the Brayford (£1.20 for all night after 5pm i think)

2. Sunday all day/afternoon in Skegness, Bowling, Laser Quest, eating Mr Whippies on the beach. Convoy style of course.

3. Meet up somewhere and have a drive out to a pub for lunch.

just some ideas, please post yours. this is your region after all.

depends when it is tbh,
as different times of month affect different peoples finances, and limits them to what they can do.
il have a natter with you about a few things i have on my mind on sunday

I dont think meeting in a council car park is a good idea - we'll just get moved on

Sea side trip would be nice - but its expensive and FCS is only 2 months away

My vote is nice pub, meal and a coke, then a drive round some B roads if people fancy it afterwards

Maybe we could try doing this meet down near newark as its a bit more central for other lincs people then?

This large and very attractively decorated pub is not to be missed. Lord Ted, formerly a Tom Cobleigh public house, is now a Two For One pub dedicated to serving wholesome food at unbelievable prices. Since our conversion in 2003, like all pubs in this group we have become even more popular. The Two for One deal lets you simply order two adult main meals and get the cheapest one free. You can complement your meal with a selection of wines, tea and coffee and other drinks. There is a good selection of beers to suit all tastes at the bar. The Lord Ted is family friendly and very informal, making the atmosphere more homely than elsewhere. Our welcoming staff will ensure you have an enjoyable time.

Its a nice pub mate - we used to have PGAC lincolnshire meets there, and Ive been a few times before/after car meets in newark
