second skin is genrally the best brand to go for. It comes in sheets at 31.75cmX60.96cm.
The areas you want to cover is as much of the door skin you can and behind the door card.
I used some of this

To cover the areas I could not reach with the matting plus I covered the hole inteior with a layer of the sludge.
It can work out quite pricey decent amout will cost around £150 but its defently worth it the best thing Ive done to my car.

skinz is also another really good brand in reference damping, they also do a wave diffuser to place behind the speaker, to enhance sound and a moisture guard to protect the speaker.

www.fourcars.co.uk (http://www.fourcars.co.uk) all the info is on there.

If your looking for a cheaper option use roof flashing tape.
Can get it from places such as B&Q and from their warehouse costs around £15-£18 for a wide roll (about 10" wide) and 10m long.
Very sticky, and can double it up aswell if extra is needed.
I used this in my old car and did the entire boot for around £30 and worked a treat.

best two brands have been mentioned already, which is skinz and secondskin...

id would say for the damping product then skinz is definetly better, ive got both in my car and literally have just finished doing the whole interior, and skinz has got alot more damping (probably down to it being thicker) after doing my whole floor pan etc i did use the second skin sludge on top of it and that stuff is awesome, definetly worth getting for all the parts you cant reach or get to!

id say it depends on how far you want to go with it as to how much you would want to use dude... on 106 doors you could use up to 5 sheets per door... if you use 5 sheets then your doors will shut like a bmw and road noise will be quieter and speakers will sound awesome. use 1 sheet per door and there wont be much difference!

Boot, id say 5-6 sheets should sort ya out, concentrate on the tailgate and the arches and the boot floor (basically the whole boot lol) things like the number plate and the rear brake light wont stop rattleing by simply sound deadening the boot, they would need velcro etc.

Roof flashing, i wouldnt even bother, you would have to triple it up, even more to get even close the damping level of the recommended stuff above.

any other questions mate give us a shout, i took photos as i sound deadened my car.
