was looking at maps lastnight and i'd say preston is roughly the cntre but there doesnt look like there is much to do there and if the nice weather carries on blackpool would be a good idea

whats everyones thoughts on this?

i think we should go with the dates wizza mentioned aswell which is 2/3 june

we went on others roads as well , but the lad with the cam was with the north east lot, i went up with the north west lot , we didnt meet up with them till we got to preston, so missed out filming all the wicked roads that we did before that.

-the carpark next to coral island

-carpark just north of the tower

also i spyed this on a local cruise site,some clio v6 owners had a meet in blackpool and this place looks pretty cool for a few group shots

It's not huge, but there is a Travellodge, a car park, a petrol station and a Mcdonalds... It is a good place to meet in my opinion... Wel it is 5 minutes away from me!!!

Well the more of ya that meet earlier, the more of us we wil have arrive at poplars... Therefore we won't be waiting for anyone and no-one can get lost on the way...

We have to come up with times though... Earlier the better, so we have a longer day to go cruising!!!

the pop's (lymm serivces) is a good place for everyone coming from warrington area and below to meet up,theres plenty of room as we used to use it for a convoy point when we went to north wales cruises

So Southshore it is then... I don't mind... But don't you think Southshore is going to be busy, due to it being directly opposite the Pleasure Beach... I have look sed Google Maps and it looks like a busy car park, unless it is bigger than shown below...

If possible we could see what is busy when we get there... If we have each other mobiles someone can get to a car park slightly earlier and contact someone else as to which car park they are at...

its just easier to get everyone to meet up then decide and if it is busy then we can all move onto a different carpark as one then it saves any confusion and people getting lost etc,theres plenty of carparks in blackpool its not a major disastor if ones busy

When i go on meets with others clubs, i tend to go straight up the M6 to get to Lymm, you might be easier going to Chester and then jumping on the M56 to Lymm services (poplars) the services is on the junction between the 2 motorways.

Reet i went for a drive down and that car park will be packed, always is and you have to pay to park.

It maybe an idea to meet at the yedon way car park (local meet spot)

its not the best place to take piccys but its just off the motorway and is a great spot to work out where to go from there.

then onto charnock to meet up with anyone else,not sure how long it will take but i'll find out later on to give you guys a better idea then just cruise on to blackpool to meet up with everyone else at 12

once we are all at yeadon way we'll go from there maybe hit a few arcades have abit of a gathering at a pub and get to know everyone and all that then get raz to take us on a drive if your all up for it

as for lymm to charnock its just over 23 miles between the two then about another 30 miles to blackpool from charnock so say get to charnock for 11ish then set off about 10-15 mins later and you should get to blackpool by 12 no problem
