Leicester Meet....

this is gonna be a poll on which weekend would be best for everyone, as talked about.....

we'll decide the dates first then decide where.... here's the dates....

weekend of the 22nd - 23rd March

OR

weekend of the 29th - 30th March

Just make sure you get a vote in before Tuesday 18th March......

i dont mind providing its a sat, so i havent voted. maybe leave it til 29/30th if people have no preference cus at santa pod the weekend before 22/23rd

karting sounds like a plan. we were talking about doing it sometime for an east midland meet sometime in the future, was a while ago now. av 2 see what everyone says. if we do decide on karting start a new thread see what people reckon.

i'm not sure about the discount.. i'd love to do paintballin again... gotta get back into it this summer..... there's some places where you have to book, some don't, depends where you go really....

I live in Whetstone.

And yer that is true, but theres plenty of places to overtake, and u can only go flatout if you have the balls and take the right line or u just go off!

I wouldnt mind going somewhere else tho, and i spose it wud b good to have a convoy out somewhere.

If people start suggesting some different places, then we can get a poll going for which one we actually go to.

And are we doing this on the the 29th (Sat) or 30th (Sun) ???

I've had a look at a few of the circuits around Leicester.

Sutton Circuit near Broughton Astley looks decent, its fairly new and they use good karts too. http://www.suttoncircuit.co.uk/

Plus its near to Stoney Cove so we can drive over there for sum grub and a drink after maybe..?

Anyway, it all depends on how many people are deffo gonna turn up as to what event we can race.

Sprint race (4-9 people according to the site) 10 min qualifying, 2 x 10 min races

or

Endurance race (min of 10 people) split into teams of two, try and complete as many laps in the specified time. 1 or 2 hour races.

Just an idea anyway.
