What did ya do at the weekend???!

hey guys.... seeing as we don't have a thread on a friday asking what everyones doing at the weekend, i think there should be one on a monday??!

Anyway mine went like this:

Friday worked til 4 then my bf came round..........
Saturday: was gonna fit my new discs and pads but discs were wrong, so spent ages arguing with the bloke who sold them me, knowing they were wrong. By now in a generally pissed off mood.
Saturday night: Went to southend, had my bf's pissed mate with us in the car, which was annoying me further, plus the fact i needed a wee since we left and southend doesn't seem to have any toilets, it was chucking it down too, and there are too many speed cameras along the sea front.....
Then went to Basildon along the strip, the amount of beautiful cars cheered me up and the fact they had a maccy d's so i could finally go to the loo! My bf got a bit carried away with driving up and down the strip though, and we opnly narrowly made it back on the petrol we had left....... not good!
Sunday: got in at about 4am from southend so i was pretty tired then the bf was on the phone till about 6, i think he thought i was asleep..... >:( so there will be fireworks soon! slept in until about 2 then went out for a lil drive......

uneventful weekend really....... anyone had a good one??

My weekend was pretty boring, had to work Saturday 7-4 so went to bed after got back. Then worked all day Sunday.

The only good thing was finding out I have another week of uni holiday I didnt know about :)

Mine consisted of...friday - work 9-5.30, then when out for a cruise a night...same again saturday and then worked on the car yesterday and doing the same again today ;D

back to work again tommorow though :-\

Friday night I went out in town - chatted to a few lasses, had a good time generally - got home about 2am

Saturday I didnt wake up till 2pm (last week I only got 2 hours sleep each nights so was desperate to catch up on som), went to town and got my hair cut, washed my car and fitted my french plates (finally) - spent the night working which I dont mind as I get paid for it and my house is warm and cumfy and I can listen to MTV LOL

Sunday got up and drove to sheffield to drop off my steel wheels to a guy from rallye register. Then came home and sorted out a load of stuff in the garage that I've been putting off since I moved into my new house. Tidied my room then worked more. Tea time I had a sunday roast, watched one of my favourite films "Point Break" while laid on my big leather sofa. Then watched some family guy did a bit more work and crashed about 2am

All in all a VERY relaxing weekend thoroughly enjoyed :)

world war III I'm thinking, i'll give him the benefit of the doubt and won't scream at him within the first five minutes..... although if i have to use the emotional blackmail and start crying, i aint afraid to use it! Then i'll go and beat her just for kicks!

Didn't do anything exciting :( Went to Taunton on Saturday to get some white paint (for wheels and interior) but didn't have enough money, so bought new sidelights bulbs and tigerseal. Got home and the bloke in the shop had given me rear bulbs not front ones >:( Muppet! Gave the car a quick jetwash at the garage. Sunday, finished off cleaning bits of the car that the jetwash missed and went out to take my pics. That's about it

Can't wait til next weekend - This morning has been a nightmare at work and I'm on my lunch break now thank god!

Friday night - Went terrorising the streets of scunthorpe in a friends Landrover 90 ;D
Then went for a spot of midnight offroading at 12 :D

Saturday - didn't do a great deal in the day - went down to a friends at beckingham for the evening had a few drinks and chilled out.

Sunday - Went into town for a bit. then to misterton, then just for a drive around as we were all bored.

So all in all an alright but boring weekend :D

god mine is simple

WORKED ALL WEEKEND FRI TO MON been up at either 5 or 6 bar this morning alarm went off so i turned it off and went back to sleep on purpose then got up half an hour late and went to work manager weren't bothered as he let me finish at 2 kind man that he is lol

got two days off now gonna consentrate on the car changing the wing mirros's wheel arch liners and fixing a clip on passenger side window

decent fella then drove home and car broke down piece of french shit ! quite annoyd with it now and thinking about getting rid of it
??? fetched my gf in my parents beemer , nice to drive something decent that dont break! took my stress out on her ;) :D all stress releaved now lol , waiting for garage to fix car now

A pretty easy but expensive weekend. Friday was working till 6pm. Saturday i decided to buy a sat nav as i am going to most of the shows this year and all of them are at least 100 miles each way so i needed a sat nav. £250 later i have one but that has dented the project car money so that is on hold for a bit, i painted one of the front wings on the project car which is on my blog page. Sunday was racing r/c cars for most of the day. Sunday night i made the frame work for altering the front arches on the project car. Monday back to work to earn money so i can go to wales buying parts for my 106.

I phoned in sick, saturday and sunday as ive got this crazy ass cold and havent been able to shake it for 2weeks! wanted to clean the car n get out n take some nice shots but spent most of sat in bed. Still feel like shit now got cotton wool in ma ear cant swallow n ive gotta be coming up to overdose level on beechams all in ones. Hopefully have a much better next weekend. ::)

out and about on friday night, went the local with some mates
not alot saturday in the day apart from spending £500 on tax and insurance :(
drowned my sorrows that night with the aid of a free meal and bar.
cleaned my car on sunday, did some work for uni then just out and about sunday night.

sunday i thought id get some air for the hangover, clean the car and take some pics, spent 3 hours getting it sooooo clean and then realised my camera battery were dead!! didnt have time to buy some more as it would have been dark, to say i was pissed off is a slight understatement. organised a photo shoot with dan instead which has turned into a midlands meet so get involved!
