Alloy centre caps

I did have a search on the DIY forum but I couldnt find anything. Whats the best way to remove my centre caps?

what make wheels do you have?

most have a spring round the back of the wheels, take the wheel off and have a ganders.

TSW's its just the cap looks real tacky but i might not even like the look of it when they're off but wont know til they're off.
