Help...Rear Lowering!

Need some help!!! have a set of 30mm lowering springs for the front and want to know how low the back needs to be and a place in kent that will lower it for me! :confused:

I would do it for you mate but im a bit far away lol. 40-45mm on the back i would recommend.
