will 306 hdi brakes fit on my QS as my brakes are shit and want to upgrade them?

are they 266 or 283mm discs? they will both fit, but the 283mm brakes wont fit under 14's whereas the 266mm ones will. The caliper or strut may need modifying, you may also run into some problems if your car is fitted with ABS

there 266 mm so will fit nicely underneath any wheel basically. u will just need to follow the DIY guide to fit them buddy

Why do you think there will be a problem with the abs mate?

the 306 hdi brakes disks are 266mm, would the disk and caliper fit as i have 14'' gti wheels?

yep they will fit as i am running the same set-up! though you will need to shave off some of the caliper!

I would double check those sizes

2000+ 306 hdi's ran gti-6 setup which is 283mm

But yes they will fit straight on with maybe a minor amount of grinding

Just depends if they'll fit behind your wheels LOL

fuzzy is right some of the later HDi's (specially the heavy estates) ran the GTi-6 set up. my old brakes were off a 2001 HDi estate and they were 283mm.

Mines a 2001 HDi, gti6 set up :)
