405 MI16 Wheels

Couple of random questions.

1) How much should i be looking to pay for a set of 405 MI16 wheels (just the alloys no tires)?

2) Will 405 MI16 wheels running ???/45 R15s ??? fit on to my P2 Inde(completely stock when i comes to wheels, arches and springs etc)?

3) (completely of the wheels topic but) Will my De-cat pipe make it through an MOT?

Any help on anything above will be greeting appreciated,

as far as i know mate i think you will need a cat for your MOT becuase i think its cars that are pre august 1992 that dont need one

For a decent set without tyres I'd say £100-120 really, maybe £150 if they are mint. You'll want a set of 195/45/R15 tyres and you may need to roll the arches if they do rub.

On the exhaust, it's doubtful (but not impossible) that it will pass - you've either got to have a back-up MOT exhaust or know the MOT tester well ;)

you can pass an mot (with decat) if you know your tester well enough :)

heres my xsi

they have 195 45 15 tyres on and dont rub at all even with 5 people in...

Id pay no more than £100 for a shoddy set...

Thanks again guys for all the info. I was starting to hae doubts about it, mainly because the guy selling the wheels hasn't got back to me yet :(

I still need to get some high res pics of my car so i can start chopping things, especialy the wheels and ride height.
