hiya will it be alright if i lower my quicky 60mm on 15s without changing the suspension? if not y and how long will it last if i dnt?

think he means just springs without the dampers. my mate did it on his zetec s and it lasted a couple of month before they started leaking. if you can afford it, save up and get some coil overs mate

You don't need coilovers but then you you don't need to drop it 60mm to look good either.
60mm on OE dampers would be really bouncy and knacker your driveshafts more quickly due to the angle they'll sit at.
if you got coilovers, would you not need shocks/dampers?

just springs (bout 60 quid) but like everyone says, the normal dampers wont last long. save upfor a kit. 300 quid wont get you a bad one.

mines is lowered 60mm on just the springs, for well over a year now and ive not had any bother

when lowering 106.s you are suppose to change the shocks
for shortned piston ones to stop them bottoming out
Exspecially if you are going 60mm i did and i only went 40mm

ive no got got a 106 mate. ive got one off these, but really the same car at the end off the day
